Do Any Of The Original Hangars Still Exist?

Timber Trusses (Hangar Ceiling)Although there were several steel hangars erected during WWII, only seventeen hangars were constructed almost entirely of timber and pre-stressed concrete:

NAS Glynco, GA 2
NAS Hitchcock, TX 1
NAS Houma, LA 1
NAS Lakehurst, NJ 2
NAS Moffett Field, CA 2
NAS Richmond, FL 3
NAS Santa Ana, CA 2
NAS South Weymouth, MA 2
NAS Tillamook, OR 2
NAS Weeksville, NC 1

Had hostilities increased, a second hangar was planned for both NAS Hitchcock, and NAS Houma. The original plan specified additional LTA bases at: Cape May (NJ), San Francisco (CA), and Seattle (WA).
