Built by the American Blimp Corporation, the A-60+ lightship is shown moored behind a small Cessna 180 airplane. With a volume of only 68,000 cu. ft., it is much smaller than its war-time counterparts were. A semi-trailer carrying cylinders of helium were used to inflate the blimp.
