Originally based on the Boeing B-29 Bomber, the Stratocruiser's fuselage was modified during the 1960's, creating the interesting bulge seen above. Depending on the desired configuration, she could seat up to 100 people comfortably, or could be outfitted with 28 sleeping berths.
