Hangar B - Door Framework Image Source: Personal Collection

This is a view of the hangar door segments in a closed position (as seen from the inside). Although the door is mostly composed of wooden trusses, the total weight of all six segments, weigh an amazing 180 tons. The panel on the far side, contains the door controller.
